As long as openjdk-6 is still supported they're not nearly serious
enough for a (old)stable update though...

I don't understand the "only" in "we only change runtime dependencies".
I'd expect that changing runtime dependencies means you need to test all
those packages with openjdk7 and make sure they still work?
