As discussed on #debian-games and as debian-games member, I ask warzone2100 to
be removed from testing to help in the libpng transition (removal of libpng
1.2)

Warzone21000 is currently RC (FTBFS) due to #818072, so it won't reenter testing
until fixed. Upstream needs more time until that happens, so without removal 
there will be significant delay to complete the libpng transtion.

Hint added. The package should get removed in ~3 hours
