Hello,
I'd like to finally upgrade GnuTLS in sid to 3.4. It has been declared
stable on Nov 29th 2015
<http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.encryption.gpg.gnutls.devel/8360>.
There is a soname bump for the main library package, but the
development package name is unchanged, i.e. the transition is
binNMU-able.
Afaik [1] we are now ready for the transition. 4 packages are known to
FTBFS:
* dsyslog: Not in testing.
* pacemaker-mgmt: Not in testing.
* libaws: This should be fixed upstream, but would not be a blocker
since it is a leaf package.
* libimobiledevice: There is a patch. And I even had fixed this in
experimental but the maintainers have dropped the fix again in a
following upload.
Ben file:
title = "gnutls28";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libgnutls-deb0-28" | .depends ~ "libgnutls30";
is_good = .depends ~ "libgnutls30";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libgnutls-deb0-28";
cu Andreas

The old libs just got removed from testing. Let's close this.
