We would like to update clamav in Jessie to the current (upstream)
version which we already have in unstable and testing. The diff to
unstable is:
- still using llvm on powerpc (llvm's McJit is broken in 3.6 (powerpc)
but llvm 3.5 has the old (working) interface).
- the armhf duct-tape patch for tfm is only required with gcc-5+

Please note that this will trigger a transition in stable due to
libclamav6 -> libclamav7. The following packages needs to be rebuilt:
- python-pyclamav
- havp
- dansguardian
- libc-icap-mod-virus-scan
- libclamunrar

The transition for unstable was tracked in #806999. I rebuilt all
packages in Jessie on i386. libclamunrar needs a source upload to change
the manual dependency (and upload library version). Do I need a separate
pu-bug for it?

Please find attached a `git diff -M | xz` since the last Jessie release. I
omited the .html/.png changes in doc/ so we down to 1.6MiB (from ~3MiB).
The version without .xz seems to have hit a size limit and didn't make
it…

Sebastian
