Hi,

in order to fix #814055 and #813078, and prevent auto-removal of
git-annex in testing, without waiting for the current Haskell
transition, I believe it should help to binNMU
haskell-network-protocol-xmpp in testing:

nmu haskell-network-protocol-xmpp_0.4.8-2 . ANY . stretch . -m "rebuild against libgnutls30"
