Hello, It seems a rebuild is going on for ruby 2.3, but the binNMUs are not dependending on the newer version of ruby-dev, and thus packages FTBFS when ruby-defaults has not been installed before the rebuilds, for instance https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=notmuch&arch=mips&ver=0.21-3%2Bb1&stamp=1457005007 It'd probably be useful to add the dep-wait on ruby-dev (>= 1:2.3~1) and requeue such failed builds.
