This week there is another uncoordinated transition ongoing thanks to
openmpi that given the 87 reverse dependencies really ough to be
coordinated [0]
Now the bug #813042 is fixed, so this should be good to go.
Hopefully a bunch of binNMUs is enough to get this sorted, let's see.

As of now openmpi built on all release architectures.


The auto generated ben file looks good.


[0] for example, now the gsl transition is entangled with this one,
    through freefem++ (luckily this already migrated to testing, and
    it's only a matter of removal of the old lib)

I have ignored the powerpc issue and added some hints, and openmpi is in:

openmpi    | 1.10.2-8      | testing         | source

Next time please coordinate such a big transition properly.
