Yes, build tested level 2 already. The build dependency name changed
from libzmq3-dev to libzmq5-dev making binNMUs not an option. Already
contacted the maintainers, notifying what they need to do to make the
packages build again.
As I recall, two packages need other changes: ignition-transport and
uwsgi. Checking these soon.
