The only affected binary is odb which can be binNMUed. Libraries are
co-installable.

If you have tested odb and it builds correctly with the new library, you may
upload directly to sid.
 Yes, of course I've tested odb and it built correctly. Uploaded
libcutl 1.10 to Sid and built / installed on all primary
architectures; expect mips where it's still scheduled.
