Mini-transition for log4shib. All of the packages that depend on it are
part of the shibboleth-sp2 suite. There will also be a transition for
opensaml2 along the way, which has to undergo the same renaming, but the
packages that depend on it are a strict subset of the ones that depend
on log4shib.

We didn't structure this in quite the most efficient way, so will need a
binNMU for xmltooling once the latest log4shib is in the archive.

I actually spaced on the fact that this was a transition and uploaded
log4shib before filing this bug. :( Apologies for that. It's sitting in
NEW right now.

Ben file:

title = "log4shib";
is_affected = .depends ~ "liblog4shib1" | .depends ~ "liblog4shib1v5";
is_good = .depends ~ "liblog4shib1v5";
is_bad = .depends ~ "liblog4shib1";

Ignore me -- I don't know what I'm talking about. :) This was already
done via NMU, and we're just incorporating the new naming from the NMU.

Sorry about the noise.
