Status update: I now uploaded apt 1.1.2 and libept 1.1+nmu3, each fixing
some more RC bugs, and libept especially enabling building on non-Linux
architectures.

What is remaining now is the rest of libept sub-transition:

- binNMU synaptic on all architectures, except hppa (already binNMUed)
and mips64el (that just build 0.82 against the correct lib 9 hours ago)

- binNMU packagesearch everywhere (needs that second binNMU because of
the first one involved the broken libept package)

- binNMU goplay everywhere

Apart from that libept issue, the transition seems to go very
well.
