Agree, I've missed it somehow - I've no excuse. Upstream released
1.3.23 since then. I've uploaded it due to a security related fix
(double free and application crash) and a regression fix. Triple
checked that there's no soname change this time.
It's already built on all architectures expect mips{,el}.

 Thanks. A status update:
Only python-pgmagick needs a sourceful upload of its new release.
I've contacted the maintainer but can do the update myself if needed.
Other packages transitioned. Even cuneiform started building correctly
- but it's a candidate for removal, no upstream release for four
years, orphaned for at least two years and well it's non-free.

Cheers,
Laszlo/GCS
