LLVM default to 3.6 transition ?

Hello,

I am planning to update llvm-default to LLVM & Clang 3.6. The changes have been in exp for a while.
However, I would like to know what is best from the release team POV:
1) Upload soon (while gcc-5 is still transitioning)
2) After the gcc-5 transition
