iceweasel in unstable fixes a security vulnerability in pdf.js that is
being actively exploited. The fix seems unlikely to migrate to testing
any time soon due to the ongoing stdc++ pain; this seems like a good
candidate for testing-proposed-updates?

Yes, provided that an upload to unstable with a higher version number happens before or ASAP afterwards please.

Please make sure it's built in a stretch chroot (not sid) and ping this bug when it's ready for approval.
