don't want to be part of libpng* maintainers, just offered my help in
fixing bugs and uploading packages.
Nobuhiro, it is up to you to start the transition. I see many packages
that needs just a change from libpng12-dev to libpng-dev, and some of
them are FTBFS but with patches.
a test rebuild should be done, but I hope we will be able to finally
sort this long and old issue.
