Hi,

 "Why is package X not in testing yet?" says

 However, it (build-)depends on "fonts-dejima-mincho | ttf-dejima-mincho"
 and fonts-dejima-mincho exists. Just ttf-dejima-mincho was removed since
 transition from ttf- to fonts- .

 So, it seems to be bug, IMO.
