Hello,

liblouis has bumped its soname.  I have uploaded the new version in
experimental, where it built successfully (except on mips where it's
still needs-build, but a manual build on a porter box succeeds).

The set of affected packages should be reduced to liblouisxml and
liblouisutdml, they do build and work fine with the new package.
