Please remove the "elki" package from _testing_ to unblock libbatik-java.

An API change in batik made the packages incompatible.
ELKI version 0.7.0 will be compatible with both batik version again,
but I'm slightly behing schedule for updating the package.

The problem does *not* exist in "stable" (which has the old batik).

Since "elki" has only a tiny user base, I believe it is reasonable to
temporarily remove it from testing and have it requalify again.

See also: #799990 (FTBFS with new Batik)
and the discussion on the debian-java team list.

Thanks,
Erich
