I know when 8.2 was released, thank you. :-p But no, it's the second
upload to Debian 8, as described in the Developers Reference.

You're the second person recently who seems to assume that the uploaders
of packages that end up in point releases always know which point
release they'll be part of, and that a particular package will never be
uploaded more than once in a particular point release cycle; I'm not
sure where that idea stems from, but if nothing else uploads to security
would frequently break both assumptions.
