Looks like hppa and hurd built hdf5 a few hours ago.

This isn't needed because those architectures aren't in testing. Note that hdf5
already migrated, but now we're waiting for the rest of the rdeps to migrate so
the old libhdf5-8 can get removed. Should happen in the next few days if there
aren't any problems.
