Bug#800509: llvm 3.6 - beignet

Hi Rebecca,

I think just switch the default, because llvm 3.5 will still be needed by ghc 7.10 on arm*
platforms.


for ghc-8 (planned next year) it will be needed llvm 3.6 on arm, so I think 3.5 will disappear.

That's there because, while it builds and mostly works with 3.6, this at 
least used to sometimes hit a bug:

As I do not have code to reproduce this 
(http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/beignet/2015-April/005592.html), 
I don't know if this is still the case; I'll ask upstream.

Are you planning to remove 3.5 now, or only switch the default?
