FYI, LLVM 3.7 has been released.
The safe way would be to do 3.5 => 3.6 now and 3.6 => 3.7 once 3.7.1 is
released (in one or two months)
or the fun way would be to skip 3.6 in the transition.
I would prefer the first option but I don't mind if you prefer to avoid
a transition.
