Bug#791212: mysql++: library transition may be needed when GCC 5 is the default

Julien pinged me about this and I NMUed it. I think I read the above
instructions as telling me to attach a patch and not upload so that
someone else could pick it up and upload it at the right time. I might
have done this with other bugs too - let me know if you find any and I'm
happy to NMU.

Unless I did something wrong, this package doesn't have any rdeps in the
archive so I guess you can just close this bug once the binaries are
NEWed.
