We always use bugs to keep track of updates to tpu (and other
"pu"-suites). In this case, you already filed #796323, which we will be
using[1].
I see Julien has already replied to you there nothing an issue with
building icedove on mips[2]. This is preventing us from updating
icedove. The error:

[1] For future reference, please do not close the tpu bug in an upload.
It is closed by the release team once the upload is accepted into
testing rather than into testing-proposed-updates
