OK. The number is for #updates, not #debian-point-releases. That makes
more sense.

OK, built, tested, uploaded (to the normal ftp.upload.debian.org where
I understand uploads to 'jessie' are sent to s-p-u automatically -
according to
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.html#upload-stable
). My dupload config doesn't have a 'proposed-updates' defined, which
older docs talk about explicitly uploading to.
