Bug#791031: fbreader: library transition may be needed when GCC 5 is the default

I believe this is ready for upload to unstable. As clarified in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2015/08/msg00426.html> the test is
whether each of your library dependencies either do not need a transition,
or have already started their transitions.

fbreader does not appear to have any build-dependencies that needed a
transition.
