Well, I wasn't planning on adding an additional changelog entry on top
of -2, but rather do this:

diff --git a/debian/changelog b/debian/changelog
index bb1e475..59fef1b 100644
--- a/debian/changelog
+++ b/debian/changelog
@@ -1,4 +1,4 @@
-libgee-0.8 (0.16.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium
+libgee-0.8 (0.16.1-1+deb8u1) jessie; urgency=medium

I just wasn't sure, what the preferred versioning is, in case the
changes in stable and unstable were identical.
