Dear release team,

please accept tlsdate/0.0.13-1~deb8u1 into jessie. It fixes one grave bug
#783174, by switching the time source from www.ptb.de to google.com.

(0.0.12-3 introducing this change was never uploaded as I told Jacob to rather
make a new upstream release to avoid editing files in places or adding
debian/patches. So that's why (in git) there was basically a no-op 0.0.13
release.)

And "despite" I did a source only upload to the archive, I have built and
tested the package locally before.

Thanks for your continous work on jessie!

cheers,
	Holger
