libffms2 bumped its SONAME to libffms2-4 and requires a transition. All three
reverse dependencies build fine against the new version.

x264 is one the reverse dependencies and is also waiting for a transition slot.
Maybe we can do these two transitions together?

Ben file:

title = "ffms2";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libffms2-3" | .depends ~ "libffms2-4";
is_good = .depends ~ "libffms2-4";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libffms2-3";

Cheers
