The package doesn't compile two times in sequence with this
file. When you run 'debuild' for the second time, it complain
about changes in the orig (upstream). It is not a really
necessary change. The user who wants to build the package can
read the error message and remove the file himself. The change
is just to give some comfort for who wants to build the package.

The 'debian/libbt0.install: updated' was made in version 0.70.1-25 by
Eriberto. He is my mentor. I really don't remember. It was about a month
ago. The version in sid is 0.70.1-28 now.
