Hello,

speech-tools bumped its soname, thus needing a transition (I thought
that no other package except festival used it, but apparently stardict
uses it too). I had uploaded the festival along speech-tools with an
libestools2.4-dev build-dependency, before I was made to realize on
#d-release that the -dev package should just be called libestools-dev. I
got ftp-master to reject my previous speech-tools upload with the
libestools2.4-dev.

So, currently festival is uploaded with a libestools2.4-dev build-dep,
but speech-tools is not uploaded yet. When I get a go on the
speech-tools transition upload, I will reupload festival along it with a
libestools-dev build-dep. Is that right?

Sorry for the mess,
Samuel

libestools2.1 is no longer in testing, closing.
