Huh? -4 added bind9 dependency.. and the only consumer (freeipa-server)
seems to work fine with this version. The keytab is created by the IPA
server. And the reason why it took a few iterations to get things
straight was that the bind9 setup phase in freeipa-server didn't bail
out when in fact it had failed (or such, can't remember anymore).

Nah just the changelog is wrong, it should say "bind group".
