Please unblock package php5

Hi,

Niels found a RC bug #774559 in php5 usage of dpkg-triggers.

This release changes the triggers to use noawait variant that's OK for
PHP (it doesn't matter when the apache2 or fpm restarts after a module
installation as long as it restarts).

I am building a fixed version for s-p-u as well (deb7u2) and I will
fill a separate bug for that.
