No, it migrated to testing _yesterday_. (In the 22:00 run, to be
precise.)

There was no confusion. You filed the bug at 20:00 UTC. The BTS produces
lists of RC bugs for britney a few times a day, at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00
and 18:00. Therefore the 22:00 britney run had no knowledge of the
existence of that bug.
