the PHP 5.6 hit beta1, so we would like to start to plan the

transition from PHP 5.5 (PHPAPI 20121212) to PHP 5.6 (PHPAPI 20131226).

Can you please drop the NEWS entry for 5.6.0~alpha1+dfsg-1, or in any
case the ALL CAPS first line?
