There's one package left blocking tcl/tk 8.4 removal: ferret, which
Depends on "tk8.4 | wish (>= 8.4)".  The former is going away, and the
latter doesn't exist (wish is a virtual package).  Can you please file a
bug against it?  I'll add a hint to remove the package then (it's
orphaned, anyway).
