The latest version of qscintialla2 has a new so name, so transition time.  I
have looked into this locally and believe, now that ovito is fixed (#730890),
the rdepends are all ready.  This did't go through New yet, but having tested
locally, I'm hoping to avoid the need to go via experimental first.
