Re: wheezy: enigmail regression, fix via stable updates?

Hi,

I was wondering whether we could fix #773690 by the next stable update.
It is a regression that was introduced by a new upstream version of
enigmail in stable-security, and affects armel, armhf, mipsel, and
powerpc - it does not work at all on those archictectures.

Given that the regression was (inadvertently) introduced via a security update, has there been any discussion with the security team as to whether they plan to fix it via that route?

As a side note, the current engimail in -security (and now in proposed-updates) is uninstallable on mipsel (and i64, mips, and kfreebsd-{amd64,i386}) in any case, as the recent icedove security updates have failed to build.

Regards,

Adam
