Done.

I suspect the reason 5.5 didn't make it into Jessie 2 months ago is I
failed to request that monogame be removed from testing at the time.
Because I'm a big idiot.

Yes. Back when all of NUnit was in a single libnunit-2.6-cil package, it
was easier to just symlink to all the libraries inside. Now that package
has been split into its constituent components, it helps avoid an
unneeded dependency by actually following the library references closely.

There are no references to the NUnit.Mocks namespace in the 4.0.12 or
5.5 source code.

The version in Sid seems to work without it. When attempting to test my
Jessie changes via Xforwarding out of a chroot, the stack traces in the
log file cited Mono.Cairo not being found, and adding that symlink fixed
it - it's possible some other issue relating to testing in a chroot
caused the problem, but at the very least the change is not harmful.
