Please unblock package poedit

As per irc conversation, I would like to get a preupproved ack for the poedit unblock.

Unblock asked for policy violation 12.5, a.k.a. missing copyright entries.

note: I didn't open an RC bug against poedit since it is a package I comaintain.

I'll change to unstable the release target, and ask for the upload, as soon as I get an ack)
