why so it is, i'm sorry i missed that.  That was done months before the
freeze in our development branch but not rolled out in a public release.

If you'd prefer, i can produce a 1.4.18-6 with that reverted (i'd
probably also collapse the documentation cleanup into a single patch as
well, rather than including the triplet of upstream git commits
independently).

Shall i do that?

Thanks for the prompt review, and sorry to have missed the debhelper
compat level.
