Hi,

irssi-plugin-otr was removed from jessie today, very shortly before I
downgraded #767103 which caused the removal...

#767103 was initially filed because the upload of irssi 0.8.17 broke irssi-
plugin-otr, which then was fixed by fixing #767652 in libotr, which I think is
the actual cause for #767103.

(Right now I'm not sure whether both bugs should be merged and closed...
fellow otr maintainers what do you think?)

Anyhow, irssi-plugin-otr aint broken in jessie, only was removed due to BTS
handling sloppyness and would be a pity not to have in jessie. Can we please
get it back?

cheers,
	Holger
