Hi Michael,
I will have to ask you to open a pre-approval unblock bug against the
release.debian.org pseudo package with the debdiff of the desired
changes. This is to avoid us losing track of your request due to the
high amount of requests, we receive.
You may propose the new upstream release as the changeset, arguing that
all the changes are important bug fixes and the upload compiles with the
[FREEZE POLICY].
If the changes are re-viewable[1] and agree with said assertion, we
may approve it. Alternatively, we will ask you to kindly provide a
target fix for the RC bug (and possibly a few of the others cherry-picked).
Keep in mind that the window for getting "non-RC bugs fixes" into Jessie
closes in less than two weeks!

[1] Pro-tip: The use of filterdiff to remove auto-generated
files/transitions/etc. from the debdiff is appreciated, provided that
the actual filter is provided with the debdiff.
