Please unblock securepass-tools.
It's a small leaf package, there is no chance to break reverse dependencies
as it would be its very first appearance in testing.

It also represents the last missing component of the
SecurePass's tools suite.

Nope, especially since the changelog is dated 28th October, which wouldn't
