No, you checked the status of the package in unstable. What was
unblocked was the upload to testing-proposed-updates.

You can't now (as the package migrated already), but what you should
have done is:

$ grep-excuses wxglade_tpu

wxglade_tpu (0.6.8-2.1 to 0.6.8-2.2)
    Maintainer: Georges Khaznadar
    Approved by jcristau
    Valid candidate
