Please unblock package gvb

This release does not add any features, it simply adapts to new gtk and python, fixes documentation, cleans some code, closes #722271. And it is excluded from the "natural" migration to testing by just 1 day!

unblock gvb/1.4-1

Hi Pietro,

It seems that gvb *was uploaded in time* to have a /chance/ to migrate
on its own. By my calculation, it should reach age 10/10 on the 5th of
November on the last Britney run of the day. Provided Britney asserts
your package as valid and safe to migrate, gvb/1.4-1 should do so
without any intervention on our part.

However, should it fail to migrate I am afraid I will have to decline
your request. The changes between the current version of gvb in testing
and gvb/1.4-1 are /not/ compatible with our freeze guidelines.

Yours truly,
~Niels
