As I explained in my follow-ups [1][2] to these, the arguments you give are either out-dated, irrelevant, or simply wrong. You didn't comment on my answers.
Long story short: I have great concerns with even having the package in its current form in experimental or unstable. I would not recommend accepting the 'ffmpeg' package currently in unstable to testing.
There is no reason to be concerned about the FFmpeg package currently in unstable.
