I have created https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/jpeg-turbo.html. How
does it look to you?

What will happen to everything that build depends on libjpeg8-dev? I suppose
those will keep using libjpeg8, or will you file bugs and try to get them moved
to libjpeg62?
