wheezy-ignore: maintainer address bounces / no human maintainer

Hi,

I'll tag #762551 (jumpnbump-levels: Package has no human uploaders) and 
#744736 (t1utils: Maintainer address bounces) "wheezy-ignore" now and will do 
so for similar bugs in future. (*)

Please tell me if^wwhen I'm crazy ;-D
