xiphos still depends on libgtkhtml-4.0-0 (< 4.8). However, we now have in sid
libgtkhtml-4.0-0 vesion 4.8.4-3.

Sounds like we want to close this then, if xiphos needs a source fix a
binNMU won't be needed.
